I don't know if it is a felony either. If your local undertaker was caught taking picures of himself pissing on your dead granny in the funeral home, I would hope that sick fu(k would be locked up for a long time. Maybe you're ok with that type of behavior and would be satisfied with a demotion for the undertaker. I'm not sure where you stand on that.

I never said one was more or less dangerous than the other. I'm just pointing out how that abhorent behavior is viewed by military law compared to civil law. When bystanders are killed, it is murder.
By definition, killing people who have done nothing wrong is murder.
Claiming it to be accidental is excusable once, but the actions known to kill the innocent must stop, or it is deliberate, knowing full well innocent people will die.
If you commit a felony DWI and kill someone it is manslaughter.

I think the parents of the dead kids call the US military MURDERERS. Even when a McDonalds is built in their neighborhood it doesn't resurrect their children/mothers/brothers/fathers/uncles/aunts/grandparents......but America worships at the democracy alter of McDonalds.....
