I think that Paul Ryan, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz are the best choices for 2016. I intend on endorsing and actively supporting one of those three - if they choose to run. There is no one in the Democratic Party that I would even remotely consider voting for --- ANY Federal office.
Liar. The EVIDENCE is your OVERWHELMING support, posted in your numerous very own words, of everything the dems in Schenectady city and county are doing which is the same as what is being done at the federal level!

Well of course, 40 candidates can't run in 10 presidential elections and win. It's impossible. It's simple mathematics.
40 ran... 2 won. Also simple mathematics. It points up the significance of the CPAC straw pole... none!

Leave it to a man who has no life, no job, no place of his own, no wife nor children, to have such a wild imagination. What would his buddy dems say?

The Right Trashes Rand Paul for Supporting Immigration Reform...
Quoted Text
In less than a week Sen. Rand Paul has gone from the filibuster hero/CPAC straw poll winner to total zero with the right for vaguely, kind of supporting some form of immigration reform.
After years of being fed the line that any immigration reform is amnesty, the Republican rank and file aren’t buying what Rand is trying to sell as non-citizenship.
The flavor of the month fickleness that the Republican rank and file demonstrated all through the 2012 GOP primary is alive and well today. Sen. Paul went from being on top of the right wing world to being deemed a RINO in less than a week.

"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."
Many of my fellow right-wingers, including some of my good friends, are for some reason infatuated with his son, Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, and are open to voting for him if he runs for President. They have been fooled by him and the pseudoconservative media, and delude themselves, that Rand Paul is more reasonable, saner, and less extremist in his libertarian beliefs than his father.

Never heard of it and from the low amount of comments most haven't either

I'm sure they have, even the left leaning media gave him much coverage over his 13 hour speech, then his CPAC win made the news all over.

1. Most Americans have no idea what CPAC is... 2. Honey Boo Boo also got "much coverage" 3. Rand Paul has about as much support as Ron Paul.

You said heard of not support, are you trying to flip this now?

It’s worth noting for the record that the “meaningless” nature of the CPAC straw poll—and, indeed, straw polls, period—has been a recurring theme here for years; it’s not a specific reaction to Rand Paul’s victory. Here’s what I wrote a year ago (“Romney Wins CPAC Straw Poll (Again)“): My position on the CPAC straw poll-and, indeed, straw polls in general-is that they’re an insipid waste of time yielding little to no useful insight. That remains true this time. CPAC, in particular, is not remotely representative of even the Republican primary electorate (it’s incredibly DC-centric and dominated by college students and activists in their 20s). And the vote is easily manipulable by organization. Ron Paul routinely does much better than his national numbers-and won the last two polls coming it to this year. (This year, he finished dead last, apparently having decided for whatever reason not to flood the convention with supporters.)
Much like Ron Paul's straw poll wins... they are irrelevant.
