Anyone see something wrong here, take a guess or if you know your stuff you will spot it
"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."
In the first picture (and Boxy would agree) the officer is in violation of the NYSafe Act because A) he is in possession of a rifle deemed to be illegal and B) in possession of a ammo magazine of greater than 7 rounds.
The second picture has more to do with the 'Fashion Police' than with anything since the short, fat, Buford T. Justice lookin' dude in the cammo totally clashes with his matte black shotgun, let alone the town background.

Good eye buck but that still isn't it, ok for those who don't know newer sights the officer with the AR-15 has a Eotech optic on the gun. The problem though is the optic is on backwards making the sight completely useless. Here is how it is supposed to be mounted, now look at his

That is about correct for their proficiency in general. They probably pick up corded phones that have the wires clipped and listen into them. I am glad I can rely on them at all times to keep us safe.
"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
I have no idea Tommy, what's even scarier is nobody else there caught it. Also since the scope was on backwards then that means the optic was not sighted in after it was installed, which is a no no if taking it on a mission where accuracy is a must, especially in a urban setting. Imagine if this was a hostage situation and officer Johnson here was ordered to take the shot

That holograpic scope is on backwards! Doesn't that buffoon notice that it doesn't work?
The genius cop is now famous.
The entire world is commenting on his backward scope.

A SWAT team in upstate New York is being mocked as an example of the difference between military and police training after an officer was captured peering through a backwards sight on his combat rifle.
As users on the military Reddit were quick to point out when the image was posted, the reverse sight makes it effectively useless.
Users mocked the SWAT officers training and some went so far as to question the motives of some of the men serving in local law enforcement. gunfire
Oops: This image of a SWAT officer with his sight backwards has been widely ridiculed on the web
The officer is using a 'military style' assault weapon with a close quarters combat sight that costs roughly $500.
Joked another: 'So much tomfoolery in this photo. You sure this isnt a screen shot from the next Three Stooges movie' sight
The image came from a report on WKTV about an overnight standoff between law enforcement and an alleged killer hiding in building in Herkimer, N.Y.
Despite the backwards sight, the standoff ended with the gunman killed and no reports of innocent bystanders being accidentally shot by SWAT.
But to some here these are the only ones who should have AR-15's, I wonder what training, if any, these cops have, the standard must be extremely low to make it on the force today. I noticed box didn't want to chime in on this one either.

I know nothing about these scopes... forwards or backwards.

Apparently you know nothing about "assault rifles" either.
I carried an M 14 for around 5 months, then a m16 for 8 months. I've also instructed and demonstrated the use of all kinds of light infantry weapons in the states... M 60 machine guns, flame throwers, LAW anti tank weapons, etc. I field qualified on starlight scope, infrared scope and shotgun school.
While in Vietnam I fired a Japanese M99 light machine gun, Thompson sub machine guns, M1 and m1 carbines, a 50 Cal machine gun, .45 pistol... 60 and 81 mortars, M 79 grenade launcher...etc etc etc. I even fired a 105 howitzer once. Probably a few others that I've forgotten about.
Yea, "apparently I know nothing about "assault rifles".
So, how about you Cicero??? What weapons have you fired?

Those you mentioned above are not assault rifles. They do not have an AR designated to the weapon and do not fire a 223 round out of a semi automatic receiver.

The M16 is a lightweight, 5.56 mm, air-cooled, gas-operated, magazine-fed assault rifle, with a rotating bolt, actuated by direct impingement gas operation. The M16 rifle, officially designated Rifle, Caliber 5.56 mm, M16, is the United States military version of the AR-15 rifle. The rifle was adapted for semi-automatic, three-round burst, and full-automatic fire. Colt purchased the rights to the AR-15 from ArmaLite, and currently uses that designation only for semi-automatic versions of the rifle. The 5.56×45mm NATO is a rifle cartridge developed in the United States and originally chambered in the M16 rifle. Under STANAG 4172, it is a standard cartridge for NATO forces as well as many non-NATO countries. It is derived from, but not identical to, the .223 Remington cartridge.
So Cicero... You didn't answer, and you seem to be an expert. What rifles have you fired?
