ICAACT was given an exclusive interview with Dr. Barrie Trower, a true British gentlemen and hero, who has spent many years fighting for humanity. After the meeting our respect and admiration for him rose to new heights.
During the two days of interview, we touched on many different topics, but the main theme was the abuse of microwaves as a secret and covert stealth weapon, that has been around for at least 50-60 years. This type of weapon has taken many different forms over the years and it is still used in many different types of targeting, even to the point of death around the world.
We started the Interview with basic knowledge about microwaves and how they influence the human body and mind. From there we went on to cover Dr. Barrie Trower's long career, and finally we went into they abuse of microwave weapons and what can be done to protect against them.

I wasn't ripped out of my car, handcuffed,beaten,tazered,stripped and shot when I challenged the officer on his claim. I was,however, issued a ticket.

Yeah, you should be GRATEFUL the sheriff ONLY extorted money from you and didn't deal you an old fashion Rodney King style beatin. Great, not only did he detain you and waste your time(since you are a waste and every moment alive you are wasting time) for a traffic violation that sounds like you are denying, you also get to waste more of your time and money in traffic court in Saratoga County to defend yourself against these claims. Maybe you will hire a lawyer to defend you(which cost money-more extortion) or maybe you will just submit to the officer of the laws claim and pay the fine. Oh...But it doesn't stop there! If you plead guilty to the moving violation and pay the fine, you then will receive points on your license which may or may not result in an increase in your insurance premium(more extortion). OBEY-OBEY-OBEY!!!
You weren't ripped out of your car because you were compliant to the officers demands. You obeyed his authority and excepted your ransom note. You will either pay your ransom, spend time and money defending yourself against the ransom, or worst of all, ignore the ransom note completely, and in that case they will issue a warrant for your arrest, hunt you down like a dog, and throw you in the cage.
Buck, in a gesture of reverence toward this officer of the law, it would only be proper to send a personal letter to him, thanking him for his service and protecting the public from your RECKLESS DRIVING(Maybe you were high when you blew the stop sign). Didn't you read buck's post? He was happily extorted! He wasn't beaten or jailed for challenging the officer's subjective traffic law enforcement. He now gets to deal with the DA's office and plea his innocents in hopes of reducing the amount they will extorted from him.
Ah, you figure $150 extortion per person and 20 or 30(or more) people in traffic court per week, that's three or four grand per week, that's about $200k per year. Not bad!

During the time of Jesus in first century Israel, there were publicans and tax collectors who could walk up to a man and tax him for what he was carrying, and much more. These tax collectors were hated and despised because they were usually fellow Jews who worked for Rome. There were many taxes needed from the provinces to administrate the Roman Empire. These taxes paid for a good system of roads, law and order, security, religious freedom, a certain amount of self government and other benefits.
The Publican
The publican is from the Latin word "publicanus", and from the Greek word "telones" which mean a tax gatherer. The publican is mentioned quite often throughout the life of Christ. Since Israel was under Roman rule, and part of a province of the Roman Empire, customs duties were farmed out to chief tax collectors (publicani). These chief tax collector's what also farm these duties over to the regular tax collectors.
In the eyes of Rome the provinces were to carry the heavy weight of administering the Empire. Judea was in the province of Syria and every man was to pay 1% of his annual income for income tax. But that was not all, there were also import and export taxes, crop taxes (1/10 of grain crop and 1/5 of wine, fruit, and olive oil), sales tax, property tax, emergency tax, and on and on. It was actually a Roman official (censor) who was ultimately responsible to Rome for collecting the revenue of the province, but he sold the rights to extort tax to the highest bidders.
Most of the time when the Bible mentions a publican, or a tax collector it is referring to a regular tax collector (publicanus) rather than a chief tax collector. The tax collectors were usually Jewish and therefore they were hated by their own people. When they collected their taxes for Rome they would turn over the required amount of money, and whatever they could add on for themselves is what they kept. They were known to be extortioners of large sums of money. Because tax collectors were in relationship with Rome, who were Gentiles in the eyes of the Jews, and hated for their domination, they were treated similar to the worst kinds of sinners and prostitutes.
Jesus showed much kindness to the publicans, and he was even mentioned as having had dinner with them, which in Israel was a sign of fellowship. (Luke 18 and 19). In fact one of his apostles named Matthew (Levi) was a tax collector, and became an author of one of the accounts of the life of Christ known as the book of Matthew.

So you admit you were innocent but yet he still pulled you over and gave you a ticket, you my friend are a victim of a quota. Say the ticket is $200 with those extra little fees they now tack on, how many hours of work is that for you Buck? People who make minimum wage that would be over 2 full days of work gone because a cop lied and wanted to meet his quota, and that is the system you support, what a joke.
