Thank goodness.  It's about time.  I feel so vulnerable when walking outside without knowing there is a government agency watching over me to protect me.  Now I can feel secure and taken care of.  I no longer have to worry about my own safety, it is taken care of.

hopefully they will prevent birds from crapping on us
