Driving down Crane street on the way downtown and counted 3 large dogs (2 pitbulls mind you) walking up the street, alone, scaring the crap out of people trying to go wherever they're going. How is this allowed????? Have seen it down there for a long time now.

Be glad the dogs were "outside Rotterdam" rather than "inside Rotterdam."



P.S.    Probably the dogs that a judge in another state ordered to be moved to Schenectady, and the mayor McC, has he forced the house to be enclosed in a huge fence yet?   Where are the news reports for city people about how the dogs did at obedience school?   And has McC had his assessor look into the STAR exemption on that Orchard St house when the owner was CLEARLY living out of state as proven by the court documents about the dogs in Mass.

nope...then you get some dumb a$$ human who thinks to pay to house the dogs and rehab the dogs....

WE'RE AT THE TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN....if those humans who want the dogs can't take care of them and don't have balls,
to put them down when they cant take care of them, then it's up
to the rest of the smart humans to put them down when they wander the streets....THEY ARE DOGS
