The interesting part is the position is not listed as a promotion  so are they also addinga position to the office?

this is how ROTTENdam dems work....always did!!

if one really looks deeply enough......most are really and legally and honestly related in some way, shape or form.

when the family owns the business.......blah blah blah

and this news has hit all of the donut shops. the folks who voted for them could care less cause they too are on the take....the ones who didn't vote for this bunch....shake their heads and place for sale signs in front of their homes....OR....the folks who have rental property, rent to section 8!!! it's the city of schenectady in the making!!!

folks are better off moving right out of the schenectady county....REALLY!!

There is no such thing as a promotion in town government or any government for that matter.  Promotions are politically based not merit based.  You get more money with no more responsibility.  If a different family gets in office this same person will probably be demoted.

Just a bunch of the usual negative comments posted by ignorant people who are jealous of the accomplishments of hard-working civil/public servants.

ROTTENdamians say ALL THE TIME....go into town hall.....'you can hear crickets'!!! Town clerk's office and receiver of tax office are all but vacant...they need to have a bell on the counter!!

these so called public/civil/elected servants are OVER PAID(by the taxpayer) and UNDERWORKED!!!

by the way.....we know someone who knew this position was open.....called the town and 'whoever' told this person that there was no such job available!!!

And did the person who got this job... take and pass and rank the highest on the civil service exam?
