I totally understand that collectivists like yourself and your belief in forced communalism and forced servitude have a tough time understanding voluntarism without your racist radar going up.
Racism would be the government passing laws like the democrats did, that forced segregation and separate but equal restrooms, water fountains, and schools. On the other hand, a private property owner in a free society that recognizes property rights has the right to participate or not participate in a voluntary business transaction.

Democrat Racists are very similar to Republican Racists and there are some in both parties. The KKK supporters were largely Democrats in the past... but DEMOCRAT CONSERVATIVES.
With the passage of the DEMOCRAT Civil Rights acts in the 60's, the Southern Conservative Democrats have been replaced with today's Southern Conservative Republicans.
