Won't give details, have to go to a police station tommorow, but looked around for best prices to get large amount of debris/wood etc removed from our yard, got a guy who gave a decent price and came that day with a uhaul trailer, and then he came back the next day to pick up the rest, well he DUMPED it on state land and because there was something that idenified us we were called and I gave the officer they guys info, I have his business card and he's from the same city were this happened, so they call him and he denies ever being here. So I go to the site where he advertised that day and didn't he delete everything, but you all know I don't give up, I found some he didn't.  What was my fault was being naive ?  He said business slow, three kids etc etc. so when he came the second day and I had to pay extra I was so consumed with keeping an eye on his five year old child so he wouldn't get hurt that I didn't get a reciept. But there is evidence that he was here thank goodness.

I even told him when he left because they did such a good job if he ever needed a reference I would give one.

Let me guess, you paid in cash and didn't get a reciept for services rendered.

Edit: Just re-read it, have fun paying the fine and I'll be sure to look for you on a future episode of Judge Judy.

Don't be afraid of doing business on craigslist. I have used it dozens of times as a customer and as a seller.

I hired a rototiller who spams craigslist as ziggy's rototilling and he did a very shabby job. Use the other guy on
craigslist if you need rototilling.

Some of the items that I have sold are motorcycles, cars, trucks, yard equipment and electronics. Many items
sold within hours of being posted.

I also have hired people after posting help wanted ads several times.

Just use common sense. Dealing with people from craigslist is no different than dealing with the public at
your business or even at a garage sale.

Common sense doesn't exist in these times ...need to be vigilant and  STREET SMART.....they do;t teach that in college...

it;s better to deal with people you know and recommend......network....that's the answer...

hey, you never know.....and that;s not just for the lottery...
