Crowley agreed with Obama AND with Romney with her fact check.  
The panicked Right only hears what supports their agenda... not the FACTS!

I have listened to that segment of the debate several times and have listened to Obama's 9-12 Rose Garden comments several times and listened to Obama's remarks to the UN and in other settings several times ---- and the FACT is that Obama only mentioned terrorists acts in general and - indeed - on several occasions afterwards INSISTED that the events of 9-11-12 were the result of a spontaneous mob reaction to a video.   Furthermore, Obama, members of his administration and members of his campaign organization chastised Governor Romney and others for suggesting that the events of 9-11-12 were anything other than a spontaneous mob reaction to a video.

Bottomline -- President Obama has failed to comprehend the seriousness of the War on Terror and the threat that America has been, is and will continue to be under from militant, radical Islamic terrorist organizations.  President Obama failed to provide appropriate security for our Ambassador to Libya on 9-11-12.   President Obama failed to anticipate the possibility of a terrorist strike on America on the 11th anniversary of 9-11.  President Obama deliberately obfuscated the situation - by throwing out the red herring that the incident happened as a result of an insulting video - so as to hide his failure to the American people.

There is absolutely no getting around that.  There is absolutely no justifying that.  There is absolutely no other way of categorizing the president's, the administration's and Obama campaign's response as anything other than attempt to SHIFT THE BLAME and HIDE OBAMA'S FAILURE.

There is absolutely no way on God's green earth that Obama deserves to be reelected as Commander-In-Chief of the United States of America.

A scandal???  Only in desperate Conservatives minds... no where else.

Scandal, debacle, incompetence, misleading - whatever you want to call it, it was a class A clusterfu(k.  

The left in this country won't care; they will vote Obama no matter what.  The right in this country will blame Obama for everything and NEVER vote for Obama, no matter what.  Now the "independent" or "swing voter" on the other hand isn't in a defined camp.  I think the two things this voter looks for in a COMPOTENT and HONEST presidential candidate.  This Libya debacle leaves Obama vulnerable in both of those areas.

Daryell Issa is conducting the investigation into the Benghazi attack.  I won't be surprised if he calls some high level officials within the State Department to testify before congress.  Maybe Susan Rice, maybe Hilary Clinton, maybe even President Obama.  They could be called to testify the week before the election.

There is no argument that can be made that could repair the reputation of the Administration on their handling of this terror attack.

The Administration DID JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS.  Susan Rice, Hilary Clinton, Jay Carney, AND President Obama, all said numerous times that the attack was a result of a spontaneous protest over an offensive video.  WHO GAVE THEM THAT INFORMATION?  Why haven't they been asked to resign?

2 weeks later:

Carney (press secretary) and Rice (Ambassadors) Answer: It was a pre-planned terrorist attack.

There was no one they were protecting
If they were worried about protecting someone, how about the protecting the film producer they scape-goated??

What logistics or covert operation  was Obama and the administration protecting?   They haven't done anything - other than campaigning and fundraising -  except blame the events of 9-11-12 on a stupid movie.   Labeling it a terrorist act and actually expressing some strong emotion about the assassination of an American ambassador would not have jeopardized ANYTHING.  

In the five weeks since the terrorist attack on 9-11-12, all we seem to be getting is EXCUSES from the president -- excuses from the Secretary of State -- excuses from White staff -- excuses from high ranking campaign officials --- and excuses from fanatical supporters of Obama  .. and pretty stupid/pathetic excuses at that.   Speaking as a life-long Democrat,  I expect more than excuses from my president --- I expect leadership, action and the sense that he or she is more concerned about America's security than he or she is about fundraising or partying with celebrities or getting reelected.

Simple, the Obama Administration could have come out and said that they are investigating the attack to determine what happened, and that when they have all the facts we will inform the American public within the coming days.  THEY DIDN'T!  They said it was because of the video IMMEDIATELY.  Susan Rice said five days after the attack - DEFINITIVELY - that it was a spontaneous reaction to the video
