I wouldn't be shocked that your number is correct.  Americans are easily deceived.  We are starting to see evidence that our government CONSPIRES to deceive the American people and people like you still scream conspiracy theorist when they question the deceiving government.  It would be comical if it wasn't so sad.

First of all, Box's claim of "out of over 300 million", means he's including kids and infants.

There are 244 million US adults.

Second, he has no idea how many said the choices were false.

He's just making it up.

America's interest in the Benghazi story???

Actually it's quite revealing....

The Cleveland captives is a flash pan story that will fade fast. It will be on page 3 by the end of the week

#2 is the economy (and if Cleveland didn't happen it would be #1) because it still sucks a**.

and what is #3?....Benghazi with a mere 5 points behind what really is the most important issue to Americans.

Thanks Boxy, your C&P poll proves that you think is a non-issue is really an issue.

I notice the poll never asked about real news that the average American wants to hear about,
like the Kardashians or Honey Boo Boo's mom getting married.

What good can be taken away from Benghazi Libya attack, Gosnell and IRS targeting the President’s enemies? There are Patriots everywhere. These Patriots, silent existing in government offices are the only reason we know any of this.

High ranking military people were pissed that for the first time in my memory the military was ordered to leave men behind. And we did. Shame. On. Us. It does not matter if the ambassador was a sodomite and was gang-raped before he was killed, murdered and then gang-raped again. You do not murder Americans without losing your life.

On the IRS hunting down Patriot groups to protect this President for re-election. The only way this was known because a “report” was coming out. People talked, people were pissed. The White House needed to get ahead of this, so they tried. Remember not a single person lost his or her job. Also remember because of Obama Care, the IRS will now have complete access to your health records. Amazing.

Gosnell, the witch-doctor was finally found guilty. Great. If you pull live babies out of their mothers and cut their spinal column someone in this nation says “…well that is not good.” Really? The freakin’ witch doctor kept a jar of baby feet on his desk. And people don’t like it when I call these people demon worshipers?

In each case though, people talked, people said “…this is wrong…” Remember that. The silent Patriots buried deep in the machine could be the most important people in the future. Thank the Lord they are there.

I don't know where the left wing nuts get the idea that no one is interested in the Benghazi Scandal.  Rasmussen polling has shown consistently that over 75% of Americans are interested and want to know the WHOLE TRUTH.  The only reason that the left wing nuts say that no one is interested -- is the same reason that a certain local Federal legislator turns his back on constituents when they ask about abortion or religious liberty issues -- they think that if they ignore the scandals and the horrific truth of issues like abortion that it will simply "just go away" at least long enough for them to cash in and retire.
Thankfully, more and more Americans are standing up and DEMANDING that their questions be answered and DEMANDING that things change.  2014, we get a chance to send all the pro-death members of the House and at many in the Senate into permanent retirement from political office.  Then in 2016, we get to sweep out another bunch of pro-death members of the Senate and elect a 100% Pro-Life President who will nominate the right people to the Supreme Court to overturn Roe vs.Wade.

Obama’s claim he called Benghazi an ‘act of terrorism’
Posted by Glenn Kessler at 06:00 AM ET, 05/14/2013
(JONATHAN ERNST/REUTERS)

“The day after it happened, I acknowledged that this was an act of terrorism.”

— President Obama, remarks at a news conference, May 13, 2013

Once again, it appears that we must parse a few presidential words. We went through this question at length during the 2012 election, but perhaps a refresher course is in order.

Notably, during a debate with Republican nominee Mitt Romney, President Obama said that he immediately told the American people that the killing of the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans in Libya “was an act of terror.” But now he says he called it “an act of terrorism.”

Some readers may object to this continuing focus on words, but presidential aides spend a lot of time on words. Words have consequences. Is there a difference between “act of terror” and “act of terrorism”?
The Pinocchio Test

During the campaign, the president could just get away with claiming he said “act of terror,” since he did use those words — though not in the way he often claimed. It seemed like a bit of after-the-fact spin, but those were his actual words — to the surprise of Mitt Romney in the debate.

But the president’s claim that he said “act of terrorism” is taking revisionist history too far, given that he repeatedly refused to commit to that phrase when asked directly by reporters in the weeks after the attack. He appears to have gone out of his way to avoid saying it was a terrorist attack, so he has little standing to make that claim now.

Indeed, the initial unedited talking points did not call it an act of terrorism. Instead of pretending the right words were uttered, it would be far better to acknowledge that he was echoing what the intelligence community believed at the time--and that the administration’s phrasing could have been clearer and more forthright from the start.

The best news the Democrats can get for the 2016 presidential election, is that the Republican opponent
is strongly Anti Choice!

Public Religion Research Institute/Brookings Institution. Jan. 28-Feb. 24, 2013.
"Do you think abortion should be legal in all cases, legal in most cases,
illegal in most cases,
or illegal in all cases?"

23%        Legal in all cases
33%       Legal in most cases
24%      Illegal in most cases
14%      Illegal in all cases
5%      Unsure/Refused
"In general, do you agree or disagree with the 1973 Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision that
established a woman's right to an abortion?"
63%      Agree
30%      Disagree
7%      Unsure

NBC News/Wall Street Journal Poll
"On the issue of abortion, would you say you are more likely to vote for a right-to-life candidate,
pro-choice candidate,
or would it not make much difference on how you might vote?"

28%       Right-to-life candidate
40%      Pro-choice candidate
31%      Not much difference
  1%      Unsure

The polls are consistent... America is Pro Choice.

Voter Views of Benghazi Are Unchanged After House Hearings

Monday, May 13, 2013

Voter perceptions about the murder of the U.S. ambassador in Benghazi, Libya last year and how the Obama administration has explained it are basically unchanged despite last week’s high-profile congressional hearings on the incident.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 31% of Likely U.S. Voters rate the administration’s explanation of the events surrounding the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens as good or excellent. Forty-one percent (41%) think the administration has done a poor job explaining things.

Benghazi, IRS: Son of Watergate?
4:30 a.m. CDT, May 14, 2013

In his defense of President Obama, Press Secretary Jay Carney is beginning to sound a lot like Ronald Zeigler, Richard Nixon's spokesman. Carney only has to use the word "inoperative," as Ziegler did when incriminating evidence surfaced that proved his previous statements untrue.

Following what appears to be a cover-up in the Benghazi attack, the Washington Post has obtained documents from an audit conducted by the IRS's inspector general that indicate the agency targeted for special scrutiny conservative groups with "tea party" and "patriot" in their names, as well as "nonprofit groups that criticized the government and sought to educate Americans about the U.S. Constitution."

IRS official Lois Lerner described the targeting efforts as "absolutely inappropriate," but said IRS actions were not driven by partisanship. How, then, would she explain why no groups with "progressive" in their titles were similarly targeted?
Carney labeled Lerner an "appointee from the previous administration." In other words: Bush's mistake, not Obama's.

The Post's editorial board writes, "A bedrock principle of U.S. democracy is that the coercive powers of government are never used for partisan purpose." The board called for a full accounting. I doubt we'll get it. Take Benghazi.

ABC News first reported that the now famous Benghazi "talking points" used by U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice on five Sunday morning news shows were revised 12 times, deleting references to "the al-Qaida-affiliated group Ansar al-Sharia (and) CIA warnings about terrorist threats in Benghazi in the months preceding the attack."

Carney said Ambassador Rice's initial claim -- that the attack grew out of protests over a video that insulted Islam -- was based on what was known to U.S. intelligence at the time. But as last week's testimony by three whistleblowers before the House Oversight Committee revealed, much more was known at the time.

Contributing to cover-up suspicions is the administration's continued stonewalling when asked to provide information on Benghazi. CNN sources acknowledge that "An email discussion about talking points the Obama administration used to describe the deadly attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya, show the White House and State Department were more involved than they first said..." The American people deserve the full story.

The latest, but probably not the last shocker, is a report in The Daily Caller about CBS News Correspondent Sharyl Attkisson, who has "steadily covered the Obama administration's handling of the Benghazi terrorist attack in Libya," reportedly frustrating CBS News executives who claim her unrelenting coverage is "bordering on advocacy" on the issue. Now, according to Politico, Attkisson can't get some of her stories about Benghazi on the air. Oh, did I fail to mention that CBS News President David Rhodes is the brother of Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes? Coincidental? Attkisson is reportedly in talks to leave the network. Is it because she chooses to behave like a real journalist instead of a cheerleader for Obama?

On Friday, Carney held a "secret briefing" on Benghazi for a select number of White House reporters, raising the ire of reporters not in the room. Is this what the Obama administration calls transparency?

Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) has asked Speaker John Boehner to name a select committee to investigate the Benghazi attack with full subpoena powers that could place witnesses under oath. Boehner should. Meanwhile, House Oversight Subcommittee Chairman Charles Boustany (R-LA) has demanded the IRS turn over by Wednesday all communications containing the words "conservative," "patriot" or "tea party." And the IRS should.

Democrats now accuse Republicans of partisanship, claiming their motive is to damage Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential prospects. If she has nothing to hide, transparency should enhance, not harm, her chances. We've learned more about Benghazi since her appearance before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in January and she should be asked to account for it.

In 1972, Republican partisans initially accused Democrats of wanting to destroy President Nixon, but most were forced to acknowledge his culpability in Watergate once the facts became known. One of the Articles of Impeachment of Nixon concerned his misuse of the IRS to undermine political enemies.

Journalists should stop protecting President Obama and Hillary Clinton and do their jobs, like Sharyl Attkisson. Congressional Republicans should press for all the facts. That's their job.

What's the justification for that woman going on the Sunday shows and spreading a deliberate lie? Now the President is trying to cover himself by saying why would he use the expression 'terror' after that if he were trying to lie? Why didn't they ask him why, if he wasn't trying to deceive people, the White House sent Susan Rice out to five shows with a make believe story?
I don't care about polls, or what other people might think is important. Other people think Kim Kardashian is important. The President deliberately sent someone out with a silly story for no apparent reason. Shouldn't those news shows, which have to be taken with a grain of salt anyway, at least be based loosely on reality? And nobody questioned her! I knew that story was ridiculous! Nobody in journalism would call her on it! They didn't want to be un-PC or something.

No.

While the reason may not be apparent, there is a reason.

There is some speculation that the Benghazi Mission was a front for running military grade weapons to Syrian rebels through Turkey....A MAJOR infraction when it comes to international treaty and law.

It can't be discounted because the Obama admin. has been caught running weapons to Mexico (Fast & Furious)

That's it, Buck. If there's a deliberate lie, there has to be a reason for it. "Nobody thinks it's important" isn't a good enough reason not to find out whatthe lying was covering up.

The type of people who believe that abortion is "just a choice" are the same type of people who believed that one person enslaving another person was "just exercising property rights" or sending millions of people to death camps in the 1930's and 1940's in Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union was "just obeying the dictator and helping the fatherland."

Obama, Pelosi, Ted Kennedy (his brothers were both Pro-Life) and even our own Paul Tonko can make all kinds of excuses for their abominable position - pro-death position - on this most important Civil Rights issue but  the FACT remains that the fetus in the mother's womb IS A HUMAN LIFE.   And if the government can pass laws to undermine our fundamental Right to Life none of the other rights enumerated in the Constitution are either safe or fully meaningful.
