Max Baucus in the Senate and Charlie Rangle in the house controlled the committees that write the tax code. If this issue is so important to all the Dems then why wasn't something done when they controlled both houses of Congress from 2006 until 2010.

I don't care if Romney cares...I don't care if Obama cares.  What caring means to these totalitarians is regulate my life.

Don't worry Cicero... In your case, NO ONE CARES!

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

I know who cares, and they aren't politicians.  I don't want to make you jealous by clamoring for their attention like siblings fighting for their mommy and daddy's attention.

So tell us, Cicero, what can the average person do to stop these people from regulating your existence?

I equate Fox and Friends with The View....

CAN'T STAND ANY OF THEM > > > > > > > >

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Start defunding.  Do not participate in the consumerism.  Move your money out of banks and stocks.  Stock up on nutritional food that stores for long periods of time like rice, dried meats, canned goods, dried lentils.  Cancel you cable, stop watching and reading commercial news.  Stop voting so not to give consent.  Then once enough people reduce their participation and the state cannot financially maintain those that regulate us, they will then begin to know we are no longer self governing by disconnecting from media fear propaganda.  Then you should be sure to have personal protection for when the EBT cards stop working and civil unrest begins.  Rest assured, your voluntary non participation in American conumerism will not go unnoticed.  They will come up with more creative and threatening ways to get what the rulers believe are rightfully theirs.  This isn't something that will happen in one election cycle but over time.  I believe people are beginning to do these things and it is accelerating.

people like the pots of meat in Egypt....they only use non-participation in consuming when 'offended'.....ie:chick-a-fil
never for REAL HOPE AND CHANGE
