I was having problems with getting the speed channel so I called the local Time Warner Cable office on High Bridge they have a message saying due to unforeseen circumstances their offices are closed. So I call the national number and get the same thing. There is no way to contact Time Warner Cable.
I wonder what is going on. This is no small company.
Anyone aware of the issues. |

I've heard some people lost their email accounts last night and that it took awhile to get a tech, also that there was long lines there this morning. |

I called 869-5500 about an hour ago and they said there would be a 15minute wait........after about 10 mins someone answered. Many of these service techs work from their homes........we personally know of 2. |

I got the wait time is 15 minutes also so I figured I'd wait then the recording came back on saying they are closed. Their 866 number says the same thing. I put up a post on DSL Reports to see if anyone else across the country is having problems. This is really weird. |

Time Warner owns the rights to the Guy Fawkes masks being used by anonymous members. Perhaps anonymous doesn't like Time Warner profiting from them.  |

I have gotten foreign voices that I can't understand......and then......the tech is giving the wrong advice...
or you have to wait in between questions....like 10 minutes.....this happened last week.....am constantly
losing the Internet....and don't know why......switched from Verizon....which is the worst in the world with
all their charges......so maybe AOL dial up is better....
