I am NO fan of lowlifes, scumbags and woodchucks, by any means. I just have the capacity to understand that the State should not be in the business of doing to its citizens what the Geneva Conventions have declared as criminal when directed at enemies on a battlefield. Giving the State that much power is contrary to our founding heritage and should be alarming to anyone. Does that mean sometimes 'someone' does
not a need a 'whack' or punch when they are a threat, or that SOMETIMES they need to shoot someone ? These are not the lawmen of old who used THEIR BRAINS, THEIR PERSONAL SKILLS, AND THEIR VOICES to bring down an escalating situation. Now it is

C'mon Rusty, no trial, just an "official" press release telling us it was justified. Now, if the cops were not cops and instead part of a neighborhood watch, it would get national media attention and all 3 would have been put on trial. But cops have licenses to kill and their own internal investigative unit to police themselves. |
