(OK L4life... we'll do it your way. )
Yea I love the cops killing innocent people!
And you love grinding up 3rd graders to make Italian sausage.

Only if the kids are Italian. Otherwise, it's misrepresentation.

Suspected of vandalism

Why was he suspected of vandalism?
The story begins with a 911 call from a local business owner that leads to the beating. Probably some concerned citizine like you or  grahmbonnet  just trying to get rid of the local riff raff ( its bad for business you know ) police dispatch record the call " there is a creepy homless guyin the parking lot breaking into cars his name is Kelly " . ( of course he was doing no such thing ).

The news announcer said the police were responding to a report of vandalism in the area.

When they arrived, they found Kelly, who apparently lived there.

He was attacked for not performing movements at the sound of the cops commands.

He was continuously attacked for not obeying while being electrocuted, having his windpipe broken, being beaten and kicked repeatedly
as he begged for God to save him and finally went into a coma due to lack of oxygen from the broken windpipe..

That was the end of his life.

The whole point is that cops can, and will kill you, depending on how much you resist being beaten, kicked electrocuted and stomped.

No arrest, no trial, no conviction.

Resistance allows execution.

All they need is probable cause to question you.

After that your life can be taken for failure to obey voice command.

"It is about allowing these deaths to become allowable systematic practices"
There will always be a few bad cops.  IMO, that is unavoidable.  A good system should be set up to find
these cops and eliminate them from the force.
There however should NOT be bad police forces... that is a systematic very serious problem.  Some cities
have citizens review boards that are independent of the city govt.  State and possibly federal oversight
should also be mandatory... especially when there is more than just a 'bad cop' issue.

Wonder how the Unions would feel about mandatory State/Federal oversight boards?   Are there any in place now?

Several cities have police oversight commissions, but I would prefer a universal plan for all cities in a state
of else federal guidelines.

philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

Schenectady had a police oversight committee.

It did nothing.

The FBI investigated the SPD.

They found all kinds of problems and made recommendations.

Recommendations are not mandatory.

People that pretend to care about the homless are very anoying.

I don't pretend. A large number of homeless just are. Just like a large number of folks are alcoholics with jobs,
nicotine addicts with jobs, caffeine addicts with jobs, more or less considered 'mentally normal' with jobs and
shelter....

Just because your homeless doesn't mean you get anymore charity than someone next door who's parent had
a heart attack and needs help with food/shelter.....

People do what they do for what ever reason....being homeless doesn't get you a larger chunk of my charity

I respect you as a human being but the government has no right to force more 'charity' from me because THEY want
to look like they care about the human plight more than anyone else for a F'EN vote

Quoted Text
char·i·ty noun \ˈcher-ə-tē, ˈcha-rə-\
plural char·i·ties

Definition of CHARITY

1
: benevolent goodwill toward or love of humanity
2
a : generosity and helpfulness especially toward the needy or suffering; also : aid given to those in need
b : an institution engaged in relief of the poor
c : public provision for the relief of the needy
3
a : a gift for public benevolent purposes
b : an institution (as a hospital) founded by such a gift
4
: lenient judgment of others

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
