Sometimes 'domestic terrorists' come in the form of a judge... especially in Texas.

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

The judge is a politician selling a tax hike using rhetoric that appeals to the citizens in whatever Texas town he is a judge in.  This judge probably gets a raise built into the budget that requires a tax hike.  He doesn't believe a word he is saying, he is saying words that will get the taxpayers in that municipality to agree to a tax hike.  Just more LIES.

Danger, danger, your lives are in danger!

Unless you pay more taxes.

So it turns out that Todd Akin is not the most “out there” Republican officeholder this week. That honor may go to Lubbock County Judge Tom Head.

The only saving grace for embarrassed Lone Star citizens is that many of these  Texas bashers called Head a “Texas judge,” when we all know that a County Judge in Texas is not really a judge at all but is the head of the county commissioners — or commissioners court, if you will
