Hotsy Totsy GE plot.    (the city says it's worth almost $400K, bet it wouldn't sell for $250K if for sale)


SCHENECTADY, NY - The Schenectady Police Department's Special Investigative Unit in conjunction with the State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team executed a search warrant early Tuesday morning as a result of an ongoing drug investigation.  

The search warrant was executed at 1322 Stratford Road. The resident, Roopnarain Dukharan, (DOB 05/16/54) was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.


Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.  
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

SCHENECTADY — Police arrested a 58-year-old city man on drug charges Tuesday.

Roopnarain Dukharan of Stratford Road was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, according to police.

Dukharan was taken into custody after the city police department's Special Investigative Unit and State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team searched his home as part of an ongoing probe, police said. No additional information was available.

What difference of what the drug was.....a drug is a drug is a drug......and warrant????    to be sure...

Detectives are thorough.......

and what surprise where they found the drug????????????.....not to me ......they are everywhere....not just in the HILL
