it seems someone has been sniffing around the Department of State and DMV checking up on the new Town Clerk

questions are:
(1) is she following proceedure in getting supporting documentation for all new and renew tags issued

(2) did she mail out a revocation notices for all the owners of tags issued with no supporting documentation as described
in the permit application

it seems that the ability to FOIL is in effect if there is no medical reason in the NYS tag computer record;
the record is free of HIPPA if there is no medical recorded in the states data base

doubt it was Justin this is more in the talents of the TU -

Why don't you wheel yourself and your wheelchair off a cliff and into a very deep ravine..  There are lovely cliffs for you to roll off of in the western part of our great Town.

However -- I sincerely doubt that you are handicapped other than suffering from SNS (Severe Nayboob Syndrome.)

Unless one IS handicapped - he or she should have NO say or opinion as to whom handicapped permits are being handed out to. It is a private matter between our wonderful Town Clerk and those good people in need that she so ably supports and assists.

does handicap also mean having difficulty finding one's vehicle in the mall parking lots, hence the 'extra' marker to park up close?

this list was from 2010 so maybe they should be revoked

as for a private matter - that ended when government got involved

i sincerly hope the new clerk and the 4 or so assistants are following the rules and not buying votes/favor with them

and you got it, i am not handicapped but i do encourage all that have mobility problems to get a doctors script and apply and insist the script be kept on file to protect their record

got script - got HIPPA protection

no script your tag may be on record here - its not Rockit Science
