Ya know how the financially struggling homeowners in the city have credit ratings tumbling because their equity in their homes is decreasing because home values are plummeting, and their credit ratings are obviously tumbling given the fact so many are losing their homes, and so many are getting fined for violations because they don't have the money to fix up their homes, because they are paying for all the new buildings and renovations downtown and then they are paying the taxes for all those wealthy and politically connected downtown.....

Well, thanks to the daily theft from the homeowners, Metroplex has a great rating, according to a small story in yesterday's paper.

Naturally, Metroplex has a good "credit" rating.   Metroplex has an endless stream of money to keep it going---plex just keeps stealing from the taxpayers, taxpayers who are suffering financially.

Surprised the cheerleader for for taxing people out of their homes isn't posting on here that the renaissance is rolling along and Mayor Darth, and death Ray and the rest are doing a fabulous job.

Wonder whether DV thinks it's a fabulous job that people are going to lose their homes thanks to the dem team using the homeowners like a money tree.

No coment of course.

Notice he isn't posting much about Schenectady city issues anymore, it's all bad news for the residents and their neighborhoods

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

When the City of Schenectadys bond rating gets decimated Metroplexs bond rating and schools bond ratings will also suffer.  Wont be long.

Metrograft has accelerated the decline of this County. More polishing a turd. Instead of opening new industrial/warehouses in the towns the DEM morons doubled down on no PILOT Proctors. Take another look below Erie on Lower State. Desolation Boulevard. Dozens of empty business that a facade improvement will not help. Metrograft must be abolished with the sales tax returned to the municipalities to lessen the crushing property tax burden.

Couldn't agree more Benny! Metroplex has decimated the tax base and every single property owner can't keep feeding the beast. Over 600 foreclosures, people not paying taxes on homes they bought for $1 and the entire City has become a worthless mess.

End the Development Agencies...all seven in the county. That will save the taxpayers BILLIONS!!!!

The mayor and council are doing the same thing that Stockton California did to solve all of their financial problems and we now know how well that worked out.
