The APF says the cats are in good shape.

At least the woman took care of them.

I can understand where her heart is at she probably took in strays and became overwhelmed.

these stories KILL me.....

we are at the top of the food chain...

we worry about those folks with all those animals but yet pay others to raise our food supply...

really?

The APF should be happy. All they care about is a stream of income.  I would have adopted several animals from them by now if it wasn't for their policies, specifically the one that says that if you can no longer care for an animal, you're not allowed to find another good home for it, you need to bring it back to them so they can sell it out again.  Thy should be happy.  That will be several hundred, if not a thousand or 2 dollars in their pockets.

Up at Brandywine Ave there is a Chinese restaurant and a new Jamaican one too.

They adopt kitties.

A little common sense here.........how the hell would they know????  they don't care if you give it away to a responsible new owner.....they just don't want it left on the side of the road.

A co-workers daughter works there.

Because when I went back to adopt again, I didn't remember this was in the contract, so I told them that we were responsible and gave it to someone we knew was familiar with the animal.   They turned their nose up at us immediately and essentially told us to never come back again.  They told us that we breached the contract, which, I guess we did, but if they really cared for the animals, you would think they would take that into consideration.  it just proved to me it's all about the money for them.
