and no data from the 2010 census   - in the section i reviewed - just another POS govt document

maybe thay can get a grant from the BPA in an effort to secure officer safety

It's really amazing the complete lack of business acumen in the thought process of the city's leaders. My teenage daughter could come up with a better plan (unfortunately she would discredit her self with adding a large number of Justin Bieber monuments)
