WASHINGTON -- Employers added 163,000 jobs in July after three months of sluggish hiring, a pleasant surprise that could signal the U.S. economy may be resilient enough to shake off a midyear slump.

As Obama stated, 8.254% - NOT 8.3

AND it depends on the KIND of jobs......

industry does not guarantee a meal, housing, clothing etc......

I thought Obama had a plan- lol. Obama doesn't work. Socialism doesn't work. Anyone supporting this total incompetent for 4 more years seek immediate medical help. Got green jobs?
