By Confidential ..... Aren't all investigators confidential?
Well, there was an investigator in the DA's office, that Mayor Darth Vader who didn't keep things confidential, well, he took it upon himself to use his council president/mayor position during a council meeting to tell things about a "client" that might have been confidential under HIPPA. I think we know more about that speaker at POF than we know about the mayor and council members combined!
When it comes to elected or appointed officials in dem government, you can bet everything is a big secret despite ethics laws that must disclose things to the public
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

if you have any knowledge of what is going on in the drug scene....you would know .....they are everywhere....workihg at fast food places...
retail stores....they drive nice vehicles.....you would think they are an everyday resident.....
