Quoted from Box A Rox
Reagan, The "Socialist!"

"Ronald Reagan is the Republican Party's greatest hero, lauded by those who assert that the party must
never waiver from the ideals of smaller government, lower taxes and conservative social values. Yet Reagan
presided over a federal government that grew by more than 300,000 employees during his eight-year tenure;
while lowering the individual tax rate, he raised taxes about a dozen times; and he worked closely with
Democratic congressional leaders."

Wow, box is now looking past George W. Bush and all the way back to Ronald Reagan.

Box, the Obama campaign slogan is FORWARD not REVERSE.

Righties hate it when you quote Ronny the RayGun.  It's like opening the bible and finding out that Christ
was a Liberal... Oh wait.. Christ was a liberal.  Never mind.

Maybe "righties" do...I could give a sh!t...Reagan's dead.

Lefties hate it when you quote Barack Obama's "you didn't build it yourself" or "unemployment will be under 8% with $800 billion stimulus", or "I'll close Guantanamo"...That's much more relevant since not only is Obama alive - BUT ALSO THE TYRANICAL PRESIDENT RUNNING FOR RE-ELECTION.

Bush and Cheney are curiously silent lately.
They don't want to remind people that if Romney gets elected, it will be like the Bush era on steroids, and the damage will be irreversible.

They're silent for the same reason Jimmy Carter was until Clinton got elected...

Ah yes... Tricky Dick... I remember him well.  When Nixon was running for reelection his campaign
slogan went like this...
"DON'T CHANGE DICKS IN THE MIDDLE OF A SCREW... VOTE FOR NIXON IN '72"

A recent Kos/SEIU poll asked the question:
“Would you support or oppose a constitutional amendment banning all abortions without any exceptions,
even in case of rape, incest, or where the life of the mother is threatened?”

Seventy five percent of those surveyed said that they oppose this key part of the Republican Party’s platform.
Only 13% supported the no exceptions constitutional amendment,
and 12% were not sure.
