Hey, I'd like to "hand pick"  alot of things, but it doesn't work that way.
I'd like to hand pick cable TV, because there are about 40 channels that I never, ever watch.
I'd like to hand pick my house taxes because nobody in my family has ever gone to public schools, had to call the cops, or needed to call the fire department.
I live on a road that is maintained by the state, so while we're at it, you can keep your snowplows, and school buses too.
However, I can't predict the future and say with any truth, that there is no possible eventuality where I might need those services.

Then we should insure everything and let corporate and government bureaucrats make all life decisions for us.  Because that is just the way it works.  Works horribly, but works none the less.

In my best Yakov Smirnoff voice ~ America - WHAT-A-COUNTRY!

I know what's next - 'if you don't like it then just leave'.

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

That's true.  Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Clinton and now Obama all favored Health Care
for the American people.
That leaves only Presidents Bush and Reagan who opposed it.

Not from me it's not. I don't even own a tri-corner hat.

The part of what you're saying that doesn't work for me, is that healthy young Americans shouldn't have to pay for health care.
If you go into any hospital, doctors office, nursing, or grave yard, you may realize that they were ALL healthy young Americans once.

Once.

You seem to think it's OK, to once you start getting sick (and you will, that is an inescapable fact) it's just fine to pay $5 into the system and expect to receive thousands of dollars in medical care.

You must be the same kind of person that thinks the life insurance that you can get at any age, and without a physical, that you see on TV, is going to actually pay your survivors enough for bus fare to your funeral.
But hey, it's just $1 a week!

Or are you one of those "temporarily disenfranchised" types that thinks they are going to be rich pretty soon, because THIS IS AMERICA, and anybody can make it big, unless they're one of those damn socialists?

Nope.  I said they shouldn't have to be forced to pay for health insurance.

...and there was no amount of insurance that kept a person out of the grave yard.

Nope.  I'm not fine with paying thousands of dollars in insurance premiums and receiving $0 in services.

Good point...People still have choice to purchase life insurance.  And that is inevitable.  Weird that isn't mandated yet.  Only if insurance companies could get All 18 year olds to not only bet against their health but also their life.

Nah...I'm one of those wacky people that value liberty and freedom more than the accumulation of material wealth.  I know I'm not getting rich, no real desire to.  I have no desire to be taken care of by corporate and government bureaucracies either.  Pretty weird huh?

EASY fix for non-paying ER customers....put a lien against their SS #.....simple...but NOOOOOO, that would be pointing a
finger....

it's a digital society...EMRs(electronic medical records) don't require national healthcare....OR DOES IT????

the fiat system has value because we give it value.....

don't mix it up by saying folks cant this or folks cant that......

Great idea... put a lein against their SS... a 25 year old with no insurance and a ER Bill of $400,000.
LMAO!

I meant against their SS NUMBER....not SS in the end....so that everytime they went to eat/heat/purchase
they would have to make payment on their hospital bill....an actual tangible bill they made with a PRODUCT they
actually USED......

not some willy-nilly tax/fee/value for something they MAY OR MAY NOT use.....

pay attention to the disappearance of paper money.....see how far it goes.....you see, forcing folks to pay up front
for something, which is a product  allows for theft.....

that is why if this system is already set up before the paper money disappears the masses will just say 'OK, that's how
it is.' AND NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO TRACK IT AGAIN!!!!

the 'rich' will STILL be rich and the rest of us will still be mucking around.....

be careful what you wish for....the devils in the details.....

everyone feel safe and healthy?

it's coming at us faster than we know....just see how cell phone contracts will morph in the next couple of years....

I know what you meant...I was making fun of Box for believing a 25 year old will actually collect social security.  It was the irony of one broke government system paying for an eventual broke government medical system that made me chuckle.

There are only so many generations you can steal from until one generation is carrying 100% of the debt for all the previous generations.

they didn't oppose it....none of them actually could....remember what ever name you choose they ALL rub elbows
and belong to the same banks....

it's just a matter of who wants to 'take the blame' so to speak.....

having national health insurance (or, care, as some would like to tug your heart strings) doesn't require balls...it requires
the proper 'banking system'.....hence equalization is a JOKE....especially with our current fiat system and the
change to digital $$....

show me your papers comrade
