Consider this EVIDENCE, these UNDISPUTABLE UNDENIABLE FACTS.
Almost every city council meeting now, the council is voting on settlements on tax certorari cases--lawsuits against the city brought by homeowners and landlords who have the money to pay for lawyers to sue the city to get assessments reduced to what they believe their homes are really worth.
Since the city is offering to settle, that's proof positive that the city knows full well that home values are indeed as low as homeowners claim, and so the city knows full well that it WILL LOSE in court and the homeonwer WILL WIN, so maybe if the homeowner is asking for a reduction from $150,000 to $100,000, the city might offer a settlement t $110,000.
So that should be proof to the dem political cronies on the assessment board that the homeowners should be granted reductions at the board level instead of forcing the homeowners to go to the next level and spend money and time.

Most people wont hire a lawyer, they just get democrapalized and go home and pout.

Withholding your taxes will just give them 1.5% interest per month on your debt.
