Everything I know about the government, I learned after the government stopped teaching me. Self taught. And dang proud of it, too. Maybe one day I'll run the entire show. Can't yet, as I wouldn't qualify, but that hasn't stopped other people...

If you consider the actual documentation itself, then yeah, I guess that's all I read... oh, and books written by the people who wrote the actual documentation, too, not by someone trying to figure out what they were talking about.
