Went by the town hall today, they had the water on at 9 am then went by again at 3 pm and the sprinklers were still on. I didn't see any "WELL PERMIT" so how can they expect us to   water with in the restrictions when the town breaks it's own rules. Guess I'll water when I feel like it now
