Was just going through the channels on TV and caught the council committee meeting on.  Ah, here it comes, discussing whether the council should approve the issuance of some alcohol permit to Proctors for some event.  It's not that it's a vote tonight but those of us who understand these meetings know that they discuss things that will be put on the agenda and then the caucus they talk about the things they will talk about at the regular meeting a half hour later when a vote on whatever will be taken.

So, I trust we will hear that this will NOT be on the "consent" agenda because Perazzo cannot vote, she would be mandated to abstain because her employer stands to gain (or lose) by her vote?

I'd like to know why she was saying even one word about it at the committee meeting tonight.

Oh, wait, this is the dems, they don't believe in ethics.   It's not in their vocabulary.  Speaking of ethics, wonder where the public disclosure details are of town officials is.   Hmmmm

I don't think they have the authority. They have to obtain that permit from the NYS Liquor authority....yes? So keep an eye out folks!

That never stopped them before. This is routinely granted as another hand out to Fat Morris. Big need for another gin mill Downtown-no? Perazzo will not recluse herself. She is a total fraud and seriously wants to be Mayor in 3 years. Like anyone would vote for this tax cheerleader. Another DEM moron who refuses to discuss any issues and thinks City Council is a calender for festas. Aside from Vince Riggi this pathetic Council is a new low for representative government. Go to a ward system and remove two of these clapping seals.

It must be for some outdoor event, because they already have a permit to serve it in the theater.

I watched part of it and saw Perazzo nearly jump out of her seat and shout the name of the "carnival"

Other than Erickson asking a few questions about the fire rig pretty much everyone else just sat   and sat   and sat.

And what was the issue that was not supposed to be brought out in public? anyone catch it? Something about the casino?
