SCHENECTADY — A teacher's aide was arrested for allegedly trying to buy marijuana with a 3-year-old child in his car.
Schenectady Police arrested Rozell F. Tolbert, 34, and charged him with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Tolbert works as an aide with the Schenectady City School District, according to police.
