Just a heads up that black raspberries are now in season and many should be ripe for the picking. These grow naturally throughout the area and can be found growing along trails or even fences in your own yard. I have one lonely little plant in my yard that only produced a handful but they are good. These don't last to long here so if you find some give them a try, as always be sure you correctly identify the plant before chowing down
