Did I hear the guy correctly today?   It's 38 Moyston St and he bought it last September?

He's the guy who was was very angry for having to pay over $4,000 in combined tax bill for Moyston St!!!

The sale price was $30,000 !!!!!!!!!!

And I know DV is not going to like this, sorry DV, but you NEED to start acknowledging THE TRUTH.    The city claims that the house is worth $92,404 (assessed value $96,100) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How that DV????   Is all the wild spending on downtown increase the values of peoples homes?  Is it increasing the tax base?   If you say yes, please explain how and provide EVIDENCE.    Is the wild spending on downtown lowering the taxes?   If you say yes, please provide the facts.

Do you agree with the city in their claim the house is worth $92,404?   Still scratching your head trying to figure out how to disprove the reductions in property values?    You've been scratching your head too much, proof is in  the flakes (maybe need a change of shampoo?)

speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Leave it to a FLAKE to claim that the the city is improving.

Leave it to a FLAKE to be totally unable to provide even one teeny weeny shred of EVIDENCE of the city getting better for the residents, the taxpayers, the homeowners!
