Heard from a person who lives in bellevue that they were walking their dog when a pitbull jumped over their fence and attacked them. Bit the guy and the dog. They called the cops. Cops said there was nothing they could do about it. They went to the er and the er doctors wanted to know if the dog had rabies. Well there was no way to find out since the owners told them to get the fu(k out and the cops didn't respond.

Nice, huh?

They are talking to an attorney and contemplating suing the dog owner and the city for negligence.

I told them to call the TU.

By now, DV has called McC at home and they are planning to wipe the call off the dispatch records and insuring that no police officer acknowledges truth to it.   Hope they jotted down when the call was made and what car number and officers' name(s) who responded.

Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Do not fret. McMayor has a new plan. No not fully staff animal control that might solve the problem. Screw the residents again by having large dog owners get liability insurance. Rotsa Ruck enforcing this idiocy especially with tenants. Keep the DEM implosion going!

The cops NEVER went. They were called and said they can't do anything about it. They were told to call a woman by the name of 'Cindy'(something to do with animal control).........and they got NOWHERE!!!

Tell them to call the Chief's office. If what is alleged happened, it is a policy violation.

And, you cannot purge information from calls.

Bumble did the person have to have the rabies shots?  Some of the dispatchers really have to go. Just like when I call and tell them shots fired and first they say are you sure its not fireworks and then they ask if I saw the gun.    Oh sure dispatcher hold on and I'll go and ask.  this city sucks big time.

If the lawyer takes the case he/she will advise them not to talk to the media, well if it's a good lawyer.

What they can do is meet with the cheif and bring a tape recorder, have him check the call they made to police, get everything on tape. It's legal.

Visitor, do you ever get tired of being wrong?

Quoted Text
The data showed that in 2011, Schenectady County had the state's highest rate of index crimes, which cover murders, rapes, robberies, aggravated assaults, burglaries, larcenies and stolen cars.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Hopefully the victims were seen by a doctor. The doctor has to report bites to the Health Dept who will go and quarantine the dog. I'm
sure the victims could also call themselves. I'd be calling a lawyer too.
