True fact ? Drugs come to Schenectady first then to Albany?  Drugs come to both locations directly from other sources.  Love the way people on this site just state things as fact...

Schenectady exporting violkence to Albany?  - Albany has had more gun violence this year and it has little if anything to do with Schenectady

The Gang Crackdowns LMAO

Guess he/she does not know where I live and what I've seen.

Oh wait Sch'dy cops don't live in the city

It's time for a parent crackdown, your kid's under 16 and out on the streets after 11 pm, the parent gets a trip to court and fined.

Your kids 8 yrs old and hanging out in JB park at 9 pm, ditto.

It's time to go after neglectful parents because the kids don't know any better. They live on the streets and the street becomes their parent.

Makes me wonder if city hall likes that Hamilton Hill and Mt. Pleasant have turned to crap. I'm thinking they get some federal or state money to help "fight crime"

When do you see ANY city officials in Hamilton Hill, or any neighborhood except downtown.

UMM when there's a shooting, a fire maybe.  They gotta get their face on camera to make it look like they give a dam.

Visitor your name suits you.

Yes, it is true fact. I'm not referring to the homies that drive down to Brooklyn to pick up a couple of hundred bags to sling on the corner.
When I see the cops gloating over some big bust that they made, I just have to laugh.
500 bags!
Do you know how long 500 bags lasts for the entire Capital District?
About 3 minutes.

Stop wasting our money, eroding our liberties, and causing thousands of unneeded deaths with your phony a$$ drug war.
Idiots like you are screwing up this country big time.

"Albany has had more gun deaths"
Could it have anything to do with the fact that they have twice as many people living there?
Then again, reasoned thinking is not your strong point.

Call the DG - I'm sure they can put some kind of spin on that to make it look like a renaissance miracle

Tommy.  Your childish insults notwithsatnding - the assertion that drugs come to Schenectady first then to Albany is wrong.  Provide one shred of evidence of a pipeline that stops in Schenectady first then to Albany.

Then you try to shift to an argument about the"war on drugs".

rforpres - the crackdowns in the City have had an impact.  Every shooting is not tied to gangs.  The City PD has been involved in two sweeps in which approximnately 70 gand members and affiliates have been arrested on federal charges = longer sentences.  And, the drugs area side issue - the crackdowns focused on groups involved in gun violence.  No one said anything about police bragging
about 500 bags or anything like that.  That's your invisible strawman argument.

I do agree that more effective parenting does have a lot to do with it.

But, again - your claim that the drug pipeline runs through Schenectady and then Albany is nothing more than a what you claim to be fact and what I know to be wrong.

Tommy Albany has about 1/3 more people.  And there crime numbers are not simply a result of a larger population.
