ALBANY -- A Schenectady man is in critical condition at Albany Medical Center following a late night shooting in Albany.

Police say Kedar Morton was shot once in his abdomen near 472 First Street around midnight on Saturday.

This is not the first time Morton has been injured by gunfire. He was shot in the abdomen on August 15, 2007, then in his right leg on April 9, 2010.

The investigation is ongoing.

As per the TU, and YNN, this is the 3rd time in 5 years that the guy's been shot.
He's not exactly an innocent bystander.

True fact. Most of the drugs come to Schenectady first, and then find their way to Albany, rather than the other way around, as many people assume.
It's been that way since the 70s, for all types of drugs.

This kid is only 21 and has been shot 3 times (in the last 5 years) already?
I wonder if I can take out a life insurance policy on this kid?
It sure seems like a safe bet that I'll collect well before he's 30.
