Former Albany Common Councilmember, Community Activist and All-Round Gentleman and nice guy, Nebraska Brace has passed away.   My condolences to his family.  He along with Harold Joyce and George Infante were exceptional examples of commitment and dedication to the City of Albany.  There are very few political leaders today who have even half of the commitment to public service and integrity as these men did.
