Buck I watch game of Thrones every week,  I have read all of the books that came out so far, long wait for the last one something like 8 years or more

Anyways I just read the article posted in this thread about Senator Obama and was wondering what the requirements are for senate

The Senate is the United States' higher legislative chamber (the House of Representatives being the lower chamber), containing 100 members. If you have dreams of becoming one of the two senators who represent each state for six-year terms, you might want to check the Constitution first. The guiding document for our government specifically spells out the requirements to be a senator. Individuals must be:

    * at least 30 years old.

    * a U.S. citizen for at least nine years at the time of election to the Senate.

    * a resident of the state one is elected to represent in the Senate.

These are the only requirements for the office that are specified in Article I, Section 3 of the Constitution.



Just saying I know how there are Who's Who books that put in high school kids, you know parents get the form saying their child is one of the few picked and pay this amount and name etc put into book, then you buy the book. Book arrives and you look for your kids name only to find a mistake so you call the company and tell them to fix it.

Just seems a "publisher" or agent SHOULD have caught the mistake right when it was printed.
