As I suspected, you want to avoid having to actually explain the FACT (I sound like DVOR) that Obama's literary agent produced this piece in 1991 based on FACTS that either Obama gave them, or INFORMATION that he gave them, which may have been fabricated in order to sell a book.
Up until today I never saw enough evidence to believe that Obama was foreign born. But now I would say that based upon the biography that HIS OWN LITERARY AGENT published there is a possibility. Of course, it could all be a mistake, and Obama told them that he was born in HI and spent time in Kenya growing up- maybe they just got their facts mixed up? Right?

I NEVER questioned where he was born.
So if it wasn't for financial aid reasons, seems like the publisher assumed he was born in Kenya because that's were his Dad was from.
Anyways does not matter as the pamphlet was updated with the correction so all is well.
