 How about another Dress For Success Charity Shoppe? lol So DEM appointee Marion Poterfield can drive another nonprofit into the dirt. Nothing will "thrive" in Stockade or anywhere else in the impoded City until the State takes over fiscal control from McCarthy and his 6 DEM morons. They all knew and refused to say anything until they were unmasked by the Times Union, CBS-6 and Talk 1300. They couldn't run a lemonade stand.

This a dead thread and I would suggest that the moderator close it..... The Nayboobs can't accept that some small businesses have very poor business plans and are doomed to failure... no matter how many resources are available from the Unified Economic Development Team we have at the Metroplex -- that they FAIL to take advantage of. If the owner is too ignorant to understand that the Metroplex is there to help in many NON-Monetary ways.... then he DESERVES to fail. |

The Nayboobs can't accept that some small businesses have very poor business plans and are doomed to failure... no matter how many resources are available from the Unified Economic Development Team we have at the Metroplex -- that they FAIL to take advantage of. If the owner is too ignorant to understand that the Metroplex is there to help in many NON-Monetary ways.... then he DESERVES to fail.

The bottom line here is that the original owners got out just in time. Schenectady is still a sh!thole and continues to decline no matter what the city government or the gazetto reports!!! The area is flooded with cocaine/heroine dealers and addicts!! Drug dealing in the city of schenectady is the ONLY lucrative business.......and they do it all without taxpayer's money!! The drug dealers work on the capitalistic ideology......they did their marketing research........supply and demand!  It doesn't matter who ran that market now.......the area is in decline and the taxes are unsustainable! Just ask some of the folks who live in the stockade area!! |
