10. Today's morning news states that mortgage rates have it a new record low, with that being the case tell us why you refuse to move into the city that you claim is improving so much. Intelligent people who THINK the city is getting better would buy when the home values are low and mortgage rates are low because the they would save on the financing and if they believe the city is in a renaissance then they would also believe their home would increase in value. So tell us why you are still refusing to buy a home IN the city????????
