Of course you do understand that White House Tours are regulated by the US Secret Services and not
by the Obama administration.   >

The Secret Service makes policy without political oversight?  That's amazing!  Hey, the Department of Defence regulates wars, I guess there's nothing the President can do about those either. >

Nah, the President doesn't make any decisions, only Congress does, that's why it's considered Nancy Pelosi's war, not George "Worst" Bush's, right?  And at that point, if President Obama can't make the decision, then how was he Senator Obama, who could???  Dang, and I thought he was Commander In Chief.  Guess he's just a figurehead.  Huh... imagine that.

NO BUMBLER, OF COURSE THEY DON'T.  This story is a Conservative Hoax, but Conservatives don't care
that they are being fed lies... they just want a story... any story, that promotes their agenda.

It doesn't have to be true... it just has to be convenient.

Conservatives jumped at a bogus report which stems from White House Tour Reservations.  Since many
reservations are made months in advance, a pregnant woman (who expects to give birth before the tour date)
should register that a baby will also accompany them on the tour.

Right Wingers are so gullible... they become enraged at everything... everything but the truth!

Only box can call the story a "hoax" AND confirm the factuality of the story in the same post.  That is talent!

Box you even called it a "baby"in your post.  That goes against everything you believe.  Box, based on previous posts, women shouldn't "expect to give birth".  According to you,  a pregnant women's belly is just carrying a sack of genetic goo.

A woman who is carrying a clump of cells, that in 9 months may or may not become a baby, who is
planning to visit the White House and a White House tour... should make a reservation for the expected baby,
if the tour date is beyond her due date.

More than half of all pregnancies end with out a baby... most of those clumps of cells in the early stages
do not eventually become a baby.

If a woman is planning to visit the White House tour, and is pregnant she only has to make a reservation for
the PEOPLE WHO WILL ATTEND... NO RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE CLUMP OF CELLS.

at what point does it become something "other" than a clump of cells? Magically on the 9th month? 8th? 5th? 3rd?

It's not a puppy growing in there - and never can be

UN BORN baby!  Kind of like the recent UNDEAD Zombies of novels.  Of course there is no such
thing as an UNBORN baby or UNDEAD Zombies... but poetic license allows lots of terms that
actually don't exist in the real world.

Compassionate Conservative comes to mind!

Thier is no such thing as an unborn baby?  So what was my daughter minutes before she was born?

I don't spell check!  Sorry...

.

And most of those pregnancies that end without a baby are caused by HUMAN intervention, not by nature.
If medical science isn't involved to mess things up, most end up as nature intended.

Nope, not a puppy.  Not a baby either.  At some point, the clump of cells develops to a point where it can
exist outside the womb.  Once born, it's a human American citizen with all the rights of all Citizens.
before that... a clump of cells in various stages of development... but not a baby!

No Tbird,  You are wrong yet again.

More than half of all pregnancies, "spontaneously abort".  With no human intervention (abortion) they
fail to complete the cycle to go from a fertilized egg to being a human being.  Most end in the early
stages and often the mother is not even aware that she was ever pregnant.
Science speculates that defective genes may cause many to fail, or to grow at a rate that can't be
sustained, so they end with out producing a baby.

when did you tell your kids they were clumps of cells before they were born?
You must of been great comfort to your pregnant wife visiting the doctor to check on her clump of cells...
WOW, just WOW.

What is a miscarriage?
Miscarriage is the loss of a pregnancy in the first 20 weeks. (Often called "spontaneous abortion")
About 10 to 20 percent of known pregnancies end in miscarriage, and more than 80 percent
of these losses happen before 12 weeks.
(10 to 20%)

This doesn't include situations in which you lose a fertilized egg before a pregnancy becomes
established.
Studies have found that 30 to 50 percent of fertilized eggs are lost before or during the process of implantation
– often so early that a woman goes on to get her period at about the expected time.
(Add to the 10-20%, 30 to 50% lost by failing to implant.)

The exact number is unknown, but most women will not know that they are pregnant if the eggs fail to implant,
but studies show the number is around 50%.
