Schenectady man arrested, accused of having sex with boy

ALBANY - A 41-year-old Schenectady man was arrested after allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old Albany boy.

Police say Earl Berry and the victim met on Central Avenue on April 25 around 10:30 p.m. While they were together, police say berry escorted the boy into an alleyway and engaged in sex with him.

Police say the victim went into a store to call his mother. Earl was arraigned Friday morning.
