I posted a pic of my p38... the pic vanished!

I've used it for many things other than it's intended use... often as a screwdriver, cutting through packing
tape when opening a package, prying off lids from sterno cans, and when it occasionally opens in my pocket...
a new homemade thigh tattoo!   OUCH!

It came with each box of c rations..........I guess they still distribute them with mre's today....................basic use is can opener...........
