40 yrs. and $3 trillion dollars later nothing's changed, so maybe it's time to think outside the box................just sayin' you might want to throw nutmeg and ground mace on the ban list, a couple of heaping spoonfuls will produce quite an interesting experience..........oh and whipped cream in aerosol cans too , they used to call inhaling the propellant doin' whippets............ I had a brother in law who in 1974 while living in the stockade noticed datura inoxia (jimson weed) growing next to what I believe is now the stockade inn............he harvested it and used it for it's psycho-active properties.....if people want to get high they will, one way or the other...............not saying it's right or wrong.............but I am saying no amount of money or incarcerations are going to change that..............................I can't help but wonder what good uses that $3 trillion could have been put to. |
