McCarthy didn't see the $100,000 a week deficit either. Beyond pathetic. It's hard to find problems when you are never in and so busy cheer leading at the socialized s*** plant. He's not an incompetent Mayor he painted a freakin line for some DEM moron. Another only in Schenectady.

The stripes and lines put on the lower Union Paving job last year werent painted but were rather stickers and alot of them peeled up from the one plow job we had last year.  Imagine if we received alot of snow.  It would be lineless.
