Call it President Obama’s Committee for the Re-Election of the President — a political slush fund at the Health and Human Services Department. Only this isn’t some little fund from shadowy private sources; this is taxpayer money, redirected to help Obama win another term. A massive amount of it, too — $8.3 billion. Yes, that’s billion, with a B. Here is how it works. The most oppressive aspects of the ObamaCare law don’t kick in until after the 2012 election, when the president will no longer be answerable to voters. More “flexibility,” he recently explained to the Russians.
Postponing the pain: The administration is temporarily restoring funds to Medicare Advantage so seniors don’t lose coverage before the election.
But certain voters would surely notice one highly painful part of the law before then — namely, the way it guts the popular Medicare Advantage program. For years, 12 million seniors have relied on these policies, a more market-oriented alternative to traditional Medicare, without the aggravating gaps in coverage. WAs talking to some folks who live in florida over the weekend. Many doctors down there said that if they don't repeal obamacare, most doctors will leave their practice. They said that this had NOTHING to do with covering the uninsured but everything to do with the medical costs of the upcoming baby boomers.
Obamacare will impose so many mandates on private insurance companies that their rates will be so high that the boomers will have no choice but to opt into a government run program. Medicare is already being shaved down to the bare minimum...and this is just the beginning!!!
So even if the part of obamacare, forcing everyone to buy healthcare coverage, gets repealed, the private insurance rates will sore and will leave the boomers NO CHOICE!!

Just so you know... there is no government run program. in Obamacare... There is a government administered PRIVATE INSURANCE COMPANY plan... but no GOVERNMENT RUN PLAN.

I'm not saying our system is perfect by any means....but those folks that tout access will ALWAYS HAVE ACCESS(susan sarandon, fat moore, madonna, brangelina, buffet, any elected official etc)

Just so you know... there is no government run program. in Obamacare... There is a government administered PRIVATE INSURANCE COMPANY plan... but no GOVERNMENT RUN PLAN.
Like Amtrak, or better yet, Fannie Mae. Two "private" businesses that heavily subsidized and regulated by the federal government.
