We won't be voting for Mr. Romney either, but the fact is, people DO give a crap. We're talking about a nation of people that cares more about who gets booted off American Idol, or which stranger The Bachelorette is going to pull her pants down for, than who is their congressman here.
The first lady is little more than a decorative sock puppet, but is still a direct representative of the puppeteer.
Re April 13 AP article, “[Michelle] Obama stands up for Romney’s wife”: As if there isn’t enough dirt associated with the ongoing Republican circus, now we have a Democrat strategist [Hilary Rosen] taking a swat at Mrs. Romney. How dare Mrs. Obama? Isn’t her husband taking much worse swipes at his fellow aspirants to the presidency and they, in return, against him? Unlike Ms. Rosen, the candidates do not apologize for anything they say about one another — regardless of whether there is a thread of truth attached to their comments. Every so-called “mama grizzly” in the country knows exactly what Ms. Rosen meant, as does Mrs. Romney. So Mrs. Romney raised five sons. Wasn’t it a bit easier for her, with unlimited resources, to do so, as opposed to a single mother who had to rely on a minimumwage job with a little public assistance? Get over it. my point exactly.....why does anyone care what any of them say....champions of women's rights? really? they have a posse to help them keep house/kids/husband/personal grooming etc.....
and Romney's wife is a joke at the 'real level' as is Obama's wife.....once you're out of the barrel you never come back and you lose the scent.....
