How long does it take to get a handicapped tag from the rotterdam town clerk's office? Hope no one's in a hurry for one! 
I was with 2 people who went to get handicap permits and it took less than 2 minutes. |

A handicap tag in rotterdam takes
The recipient must have a lawn sign supporting the town clerk
The actual owner of the property, the person who needs the tag, must be a dead democrat voter
You must opt in for the leaf fee and have your check in hand
Then you can get your blue handicap tag
Red tags need the actual handicapped person to kiss the town clerks feet and a doctors note |
