Drug addicts and dealers do it all the time.....to have wheels for their unscrupulous deeds.....many use the cars to
travel to NYC to pick up drugs for resale......
Where's the neighborhood watch in Bellevue....??? where are the police patrolling at nite????
There goes that car to the junk yard...

Funny, I didn't see this in the "Hometown News" either.
