The funny thing is since these first responsders know the truth---that house values under the dems is indeed plummeting (they know this because they are living in a location where property values go up, they know better than to live in a city where property values go down)---they will know that ham does not speak the truth and they will know that there are no violent threats to him.   They'll just brush him off as some wacky person who has no idea about life, who from his comments they will know he does not nor has ever owned a home, nor paid taxes, nor supported a family.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.  
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Well, with this new info, guess the assessor is going to double all assessments.

When value goes down, the City takes no responsibility so they push the burden back onto the taxpayers.

Can't wait for my assessed $240K building to go over $10,000 yearly property/school tax.

Good think the Munic Golf Course opened yesterday...that $3 million taxpayer dollars really helped out!!!!
